Order Policy

All orders will require a 50% deposit before the order is started. This deposit holds your agreed collection date and time and covers the cost of any ingredients and supplies needed to complete the order.

Custom cake orders needed in less than 2 weeks will have an additional $20 rush fee. (if availability allows)

I reserve the right to take pictures of all orders, if needed we will hold off on posting pictures on social media until after the event.

The final 50% payment is due one week before the initial pickup/delivery date that we agreed upon. If payment is not sent in full there will be a $10 late fee. If the final 50% payment + $10 late fee is not sent over within 48 hours, the order will not be made.

Cancellation Policy

Orders that are cancelled up to a month advance will get a full refund. Orders that are cancelled within 7 days from agreed pickup/delivery date will not receive a refund for their order and deposit. The 50% deposit is so that the ingredients and supplies can be purchased, orders will not be started until 50% deposit is sent. Thank you for understanding.

Pick up Policy

It is the customers responsibility to check the state of the items before they leave the premises, once the item has left the premises we are no longer held liable and it is the customers responsibility to get the products to it’s destination safely and is stored as per our instructions to achieve best results for taste and quality.

Delivery Policy

There will be a delivery fee on any orders that are needed to be delivered. The amount that is charged for delivery will be determined by how many miles away the delivery location is and what time the customer is wanting items delivered.

Delivery will be carried out in a safe and appropriate manner. Once delivered to the customer and change of hands has been completed with the product in appropriate condition, it is then up to the customer to store and care for the cake as per our instructions. If anything is to happen to the cake after this exchange, we are not liable for any damages. A delivery date and time will be agreed by both parties, and if the customer is not at location at this time and date, and we are not able to contact the customer, the product will be transported back to our premises and it will be the customer’s responsibility to collect the product.

Ingredients

All cakes, fillings ,icings, and all other products sold may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts or other allergens. It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform me prior to the confirmation of their booking of any allergy issues. It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform their guests of all allergy information and accordingly the Supplier will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of the cake or other products sold.

All products are made to be eaten on the day of the celebration.
